information through a digital account review and verification process. We

why the information is processed, how it may be protected or shared, and how

Application Scope

Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Credit Bridge
mobile application and related services.
It does
not cover websites, applications, platforms, or services operated by third
parties. If users access any third-party service through a link or integration,
that service may follow its own privacy practices.

Categories of Information Processed
Credit
Bridge may process the following categories of information when users register,
complete verification, use account review features, or interact with the App.
2.1
Registration, Identity, and Account Review Information
Users
may be asked to provide information required for registration, identity
verification, account review, service availability checks, billing support, and
compliance. This may include name, date of birth, mobile number, email address,
occupation, income-related information, identification details, account status,
and other information submitted during the verification or review process.
This
information is used to support identity checks, account review, credit line
information features, billing-related assistance, customer support, fraud
prevention, and legal or regulatory compliance.
Information
submitted through the App is encrypted during transmission and sent securely
to: api.creditbridgeapp.com
2.2
Device, Network, and Connectivity Data
Credit
Bridge may process limited technical information about the device and
connection environment. This may include device model, operating system
version, screen resolution, network status, IP address, Wi-Fi state, Google
Advertising ID, and only limited phone or network status information where permitted by the operating system.
This
information helps Credit Bridge keep the App stable, maintain secure server
communication, support document uploads, complete verification steps, detect
abnormal activity, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect
account access.
This
information is encrypted during transmission and sent securely to: api.creditbridgeapp.com
The
Google Advertising ID is not used for credit profiling, credit approval
decisions, credit line determination, pricing, or targeted advertising related
to credit services.
Credit
Bridge does not access call logs, does not record phone calls, does not read
phone numbers, and does not collect personal communication content.
2.3
Limited Installed Application Metadata
Credit
Bridge may process limited metadata related to applications installed on the
device where allowed by the operating system and
applicable policy-compliant methods. This may include package identifiers and
installation or update timestamps.
This
information is processed for device security review, fraud prevention, abnormal
activity detection, and account protection.
Credit
Bridge does not use installed application metadata to read app content, access
messages, view files, obtain login credentials, monitor activity inside
third-party apps, or collect personal information stored in other applications.
Installed
application metadata is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral
profiling, credit approval decisions, credit line determination, pricing, or
any other financial decision.
Credit
Bridge does not use the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission.
Any
collected metadata is encrypted during transmission and sent securely to: api.creditbridgeapp.com
This
metadata is kept only for the period needed for security review, fraud
prevention, compliance checks, or service protection. When it is no longer
required, it is deleted or anonymized.
2.4
Camera and Verification Images
Credit
Bridge may request camera access when users choose to capture an official
identification document or related verification material.
Camera
access is used for identity verification, account review, fraud prevention,
compliance checks, and service security.
Images
captured for verification are encrypted during transmission and sent securely
to: api.creditbridgeapp.com
Credit
Bridge does not open the camera automatically, does not use the camera in the
background, and does not access camera content unless the user starts the
capture process.
Verification
images are retained only as long as necessary for verification, legal or
regulatory requirements, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or service
security. They are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
2.5
Approximate Location
Credit
Bridge may request approximate location access when it is needed for service
availability or security checks.
Approximate
location may help confirm whether services are available in supported areas,
strengthen security review, detect suspicious activity, and reduce account
misuse.
Credit
Bridge does not collect precise GPS location and does not track user movement
in the background.
Location
information is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling,
credit approval decisions, credit line determination, or pricing.
Users
may disable location access through device settings. If location access is
disabled, some service availability or security checks may be limited.
2.6
App Usage, Diagnostic, and Performance Information
Credit
Bridge may process limited technical information about App performance and
usage, such as page views, feature interactions, session events, crash reports,
error logs, and performance data.
This
information is used to identify technical issues, improve App stability,
support troubleshooting, and maintain reliable service operation.
Usage
and diagnostic data is not used for credit profiling,
credit approval decisions, credit line determination, pricing, or behavioral
advertising.

When

Disabling
certain permissions may affect identity verification, account review, document
upload, service availability checks, security verification, or other App
features.
Users
may also choose not to provide certain information. However, if required
information is not provided, some Credit Bridge services may be limited or
unavailable.

Age Requirement
Credit
Bridge is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
We do
not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we
become aware that information from a person under 18 has been collected, we
will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict the information.
9. User
Rights, Account Deletion, and Data Deletion Requests
Depending
on applicable laws, users may request to access, correct, update, or delete
personal information processed by Credit Bridge.
Users
may also request account deletion or withdraw applicable permissions, subject

App functionality, legal requirements, security practices, service operations,
