Credit Bridge is designed to help users access and manage revolving credit line information through a digital account review and verification process. We respect user privacy and process information only for purposes connected with account setup, identity verification, account review, service operation, fraud prevention, security, support, and applicable compliance requirements.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information Credit Bridge may collect, why the information is processed, how it may be protected or shared, and how users may contact us about privacy-related requests.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Credit Bridge.

1. Application Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Credit Bridge mobile application and related services.

It does not cover websites, applications, platforms, or services operated by third parties. If users access any third-party service through a link or integration, that service may follow its own privacy practices.

Credit Bridge may process limited technical information about the device and connection environment. This may include device model, operating system version, screen resolution, network status, IP address, Wi-Fi state, Google Advertising ID, and only limited phone or network status information where permitted by the operating system.

This information helps Credit Bridge keep the App stable, maintain secure server communication, support document uploads, complete verification steps, detect abnormal activity, prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect account access.

This information is encrypted during transmission and sent securely to: api.creditbridgeapp.com

2.4 Camera and Verification Images

Credit Bridge may request camera access when users choose to capture an official identification document or related verification material.

Camera access is used for identity verification, account review, fraud prevention, compliance checks, and service security.

Images captured for verification are encrypted during transmission and sent securely to: api.creditbridgeapp.com

Credit Bridge does not open the camera automatically, does not use the camera in the background, and does not access camera content unless the user starts the capture process.
